Proposed new geographical boundaries for member businesses with a physical location, open to the public.

DBA Members will vote on these proposed new membership criteria at the September 20 general membership meeting.

• Membership shall be open to any business with a physical location, open to the public, located within the boundaries of this map.
• A business that does not have a physical location as described above may apply to participate as an Affiliate member.
• Affiliate applicants must demonstrate connectedness to the downtown business community and an alliance with the mission and purpose of the DBA. Applications for affiliate members are subject to review and approval by the board. (Multi-level-marketing businesses shall not be accepted.)
• Affiliate members may serve on the Board of Directors in the spot reserved for Affiliate representation, which shall be added.
• Dues for new affiliate members shall be $150 per year.
• Current members which would thereby be categorized as affiliate members shall be grandfathered as general members in all respects, so long as the member remains in good standing.

These proposals will be presented in the form of proposed bylaw amendments.
